  : We really didn't enjoy our stay here. Unfortunately, the room didn’t match the photos. It was much smaller than pictured, and the layout was completely different than pictured for the chosen room. Pictures are obviously recycled among rooms. The sink and shower were in the same area as the bed, causing the whole room to steam up when we showered. Additionally, the room had a damp smell due to poor drainage from the shower and the shower curtain sitting in the water. Toilet light and fan turned on everytime you opened the door meaning almost always waking up your partner if using the bathroom in the middle of ghe night. There was no space for luggage, even though we only traveled with carry-on bags and backpacks for our three-week trip. Could barely walk around the bed without tripping. The bed was okay, but there were only two pillows (one each person) that were flat and hard and quite uncomfortable.To make matters worse, despite turning on the “do not disturb” sign, the staff entered our room to clean anyway, obviously having had to move our things to clean. And upon checkout, we received a notification that our booking was canceled and that we didn't show up so would be charged again, even though we had a receipt from checkout showing payment. We've now dealt with the issue but it was just another thing to deal with on top of an already not great experience.

  : I normally book The heart hotel when I go to Milan for work as the location it's just perfect, next to the hotel there is small supermarket should you need to buy anything, a lovely patisserie for a real Italian breakfast and there is a small pedestrian road full of restaurants with different choices of food
  : Some rooms can be a bit dark
