  : The details of room amenity was thoughtful. Breakfast was good. Concierge was helpfull.
  : 1st breakfast was queued long time and finally being informed there is no space afterwards. Asking staff where to find taxi in the lobby (not reception), the staff inform go outside and you will find the person to help. For guest the location of concierge table outside was hidden and no signage. Its not easy for first timer to spot the corner hidden behind the wall. After a hard day we went to bar to order some drinks, we stand there not even greeted. The bartender was busy preparing drink but without greeting or even look at us after standing there quite sometime we didnt feel welcome, so we left the bar without ordering. Going to the room the magnetic key was not working, going down to reception and get new key and still not working. We going down second time and refuse to get the magnetic key but wants assistance. The reception lady went to open the door with manual key but didnt works. The Lady who handle this situation was not trained and has lack of empathy. We feel no empathy from your service. We have to wait sometime until Engineering came and fix the door. Engineering was giving a great service with the right handling of situation. The housekeeping forgot to refill the water and left the cleaning equipment on table. During dinner we expect a great experience with local cuisine, but we feel unwell since we experience the waitress was overwhelming and service was not perfect because restaurant was busy and we can see it was understaff. The waitress were awesome deliver great service but she looked over tired but she did best and we are sure she pushed it to the limit. We respect her highly dedication on her duty. She seems to be the leader that night in the restaurant.

  : Room door remained open and it has to fixed after check-in No mouth wash, No coffee cups on 2nd and 3rd day, we have to ask for it. Enthought no mouth wash replaced Second night in the bar restaurant , food order was taken along with the drinks and then only drinks were served and no food at all with a answer that they dont have anyone in the kitchen to cook (Most pathetic) Also receiving calls at reception is big problem, no one precisely responds to the quarries

  : Literally nothing!I will never book this hotel again, and I will never recommend it to anyone.
  : The room photos are unlike what you will see on their booking page.The concierge staff The floors smell bad due to old carpets.There were no electricity sockets easy to reach to charge my phone, so I had to move some tables and chairs to find one.
