  : Check in and check out were smooth. Apartment was clean and very quiet.
  : The corkscrew needs to be replaced - it does not open a bottle of wine very well. No extra blankets (but the heaters worked). The designer bathroom has no place for traveller's bathroom kit and there is no shelf or cabinet in the bedroom.

  : The main plus with the apartment was its location. It is in a good residential part of the city and close to many shops, restaurants and transport. The host is helpful too.
  : The worst aspect af the apartment was the noise. The apartment faces many into a courtyard. In the week we stayed their there was some major renovations being done to several of the apartments in the block. Everyday and through most of the day between 8am and 5:30pm there was extremely loud hammer drill and hammering sounds. We were out most of the day but it meant that in between sight seeing we could not relax at the apartment. It was obvious that the renovation works had been going on for some time so it was also disappointing that the host never mentioned this before the start of our occupancy and denying us the opportunity to make alternative accommodation arrangements.

  : Visibly interesting room. Stocked well with items. Convenient location but a 20-30min walk to Duomo.
  : Not great soundproofing. If neighbours are loud its hard to sleep.
