  : Good location by metro NIce bathroom with amenities - towels/showel gel/shampoo comfortable bed host allowed a late check out which was appreciated
  : TV didn't work Had to collect keys from different venue 15 min walk away due to check in past 6pm - very inconvenient with luggage Location of flat inside building - not easy access, 2 flights up with old lift - would not trust using it Kettle was unusable never been descaled coffee machine but no coffee pods no salt/sugar basics provided overall not a clean feel random ornaments and decor - to give a luxury vibe - didn't do it for me - wouldn't personally stay again

  : 1- the apartment has practically nothing (not even cutlery) 2- the building is extremely old, in an extremely dirty street and very poorly maintained and 3 not least, the doorbell does not work (if the guest wants to order a pizza at 11 pm, you have to get dressed all in a 5 degree cold or in the rain until the gateau

  : Do not stay here whatever you do! They advertise false information.. for example. The modern apartment does not have (as advertised):1. A lift2. Onsite reception3. Soundproofing... its very noisy with people upstairs and people crashing glass at rubbish bins at all hours4. A view. You overlook rubbish bins5. Toilet paper. I had to buy it.6. Liqid to wash dishes. I had to buy it. I was promised 1 night refund also after bathroom lights broken and now manager ignoring my emails. They are crooks. Do not stay here!READ OTHER REVIEWS IF YOU DON'T BELIEVE ME!!!

  : I booked the room based on the information that they have on booking that it is ADA accessible with elevator. when I arrived after paying 90 for a taxi. the lady informed me that there is no elevator! and she wanted to cancel my reservation! I asked her to pay for my taxi trip if I m going to go to another hotel! then she was saying there is a luxury apartment which is supposed to be an upgrade for my reservation with an elevator only for 2 nights ( I booked for 4 nights). The apartment looked luxury but it didnt accommodate 3 people as I reserved and payed! there was no place for my daughter to sleep! no extra towel for her and the shower was just hornbill. the toilet seat broken! air condition is bad! very poor quality for the price

  : Very cute remodeled loft.
  : Tons of sleep disruption. I live in Chicago and had very interrupted sleep in this apartment. Unfortunately, as it is an old building you get extremely loud creaks when folks move above. My unit was ground level and the doors allowed a ton of sound through and right next to the garbage cans, so any chatter in the patio and trash throw away sifted right through. Also the light is on in the patio all night.
