  : Location was good and the sea was lovely
  : This is 3 star at best. Staff do not speak English, and don't care to try, so you can't really get things you might need. All night the music from nearby coast restaurants and yachts keeps you awake - this is truly horrible. No restaurants apart from buffet and pool bar. The room was clean but mould in the bathroom is not nice.

  : When we arrived at midnight first night, after checking in, we tried to go to bed. I found a crawling bug in bed that looked like a bed bug ( from internet pictures ). I called the reception and they would not change my room. They sent a guy with a broom ? I asked him what he wanted to do with the broom and he had no answer. I asked him to change all the sheets and pillows and by 2.30 am we went back to bed. After a short sleep, I was awakened by heat ( 90 F ) and sweat and realized the AC was broken. In the morning, when I called for the AC , we had to wait for the tech to tell us that the system is broken, but that took an additional 2 hours of waiting to change our room.( somehow they had rooms 6 hours later ) The hotel has all the facilities but the upper management is penny-wise. They DO NOT turn on the lights nor the AC in common areas . The minute you come out of your room you start sweating, including in the elevator. On our last day, I asked them to give me a courtesy late check out , since my plane was at 8 pm at night, and they would not give it to me. After arguing and asking them to reconsider due to our miserable first night, the manager called me after an hour and let me have 2 hour checkout along with some credit on my incidentals. The location of the hotel and its beach is wonderful. The staff is nice and really trying to please. Upper management needs to change.
