  : the food was very monotonous and poor.and the stray dogs were all over the hotel.sometimes they barked all night and you couldn't sleep

  : The hotel location is great. Hotel has a good outdoor space and has not other hotels nearby which makes your holiday be a little private. Very close to the ferry station as well as city center. Many local shops and market nearby.Food is good and tasty however not much options (you get what you paid for so fair enough). A ridiculously tasty ice cream and bread in snack bars.Outdoor bar stuff is very friendly and chatty. Hotel plants and gardens are being well looked after. Many many cats and dogs walking around and inside the hotel, literally everywhere. I would say its a heaven for a catlovers! P.S. Be ready for some cute guests if you room is on the ground floor.
  : The cleanliness of the room is really bad. It wasnt that important for us However this should be definitely improved by the hotel. Limescale on the tiles, shower glass, hair on the floor. Seemed like it wasnt cleaned for us. The cleaning service happened once in our stay however only floor was cleaned(big paddle of water left all over the floor) and bins are emptied. Which was really disappointing. We could compromise this minus as the hotel itself is good.Another thing I wanted to mention is the language. Hotel staff do not speak English. Which is a surprise. Only reception was ok. The outdoor snack bars, bars inside and spa had no knowledge of the language so weve had to use a translator or explain with our hands. The food in buffet was not replaced regularly. Whoever comes first -gets everything basically. The rest would not have an opportunity to try some things( im talking about some special dishes only).An evening entertainment is not really great. Dead music outside the pool and in the bar. Only when we were leaving the music has changed and we had a mood of being on holiday but it was one day our of 5. There are some beautiful plants growing outside the hotel where everyone are taking photos. However a massive pallets of water was left right outside which didnt look great as it could have been left somewhere on the side.The shower gel/shampoo/lotion was all in one box in the bathroom. Could be a little more toiletries . Cant complain much as it fair for the money you pay I have email the hotel in advance with request to have separate 2 beds a cot. And replied to me confirming that. however it seemed like they were not aware of the request at all. Which is also fine with us just looked not up to 5star hotel standards

  : The room was very clean and spacious for three adults. Centrally located within the complex with continued supply of bottled water and tea/coffee in the room. Small balcony with only two chairs but was okay as we did not spend much time in the room. Spacious shower and comfortable beds. All hotel staff were very helpful, including waiter staff, bar staff and entertainment staff. We all had a great time.
  : The food could have been better but, for the price, was okay and none of us went hungry. Breakfast was very well catered for.
