  : the room air conditioner was running like a truck engine , I have to asking for pressing and ironing which not available on all room and the receptionist keep saying after 1 hour and never bring. the hotel rate is a 5 star hotel and in fact I will give only 2 star.

  : Shower and windows where dirty. The room was was located away from the hotel which meant using a buggy and the restaurant was too far away.

  : Truly horrible experience. Family of 5, we booked 2 rooms (1 seaside room with 1 double bed, and a garden view room with 3 beds). $1500 euros for 3 days. We paid more for the garden view room than the seaside room as we had three people staying so paid extra. When we got to salmakis they informed us we had apparently only booked for 4 people and would need to pay 100 euros a night extra even though we had booked 5 beds between the two rooms, paid extra for the 5th bed and all 5 of our names were listed on the booking. The reservation was booked through a third party but as we were visitors we could not call them. The staff did not try to help either, saying for us to pay more or leave. They would not let us wait for a reply from the third party, and proceeded to lock us out of our rooms with our stuff and passports inside until we either paid more, one or all of us left. They eventually kicked out one of our guests (forced to go to another hotel) removed their wrist band and then forced the rest of us to get permission from the staff each time we wanted to access our rooms (3-5 times a day) For the remainder of our stay like we were scum. When questioned they would ignore us or give conflicting answers. The manager acted as if we were not even worth her time and when we eventually got to speak with her she told us whatever her staff said was correct and said we could leave if not happy.Truly the worst customer service weve ever experienced, the staff should be truly ashamed. Not only this but the rooms were very old, lamps did not work, bathroom broken, no room service. It was clear they had told the other staff about us as we were treated poorly and ogled everywhere we went. 0 stars.
