  : What makes this hotel to stand out is friendly, helpful staff and nice park area. Close location to city is also a great benefit. Water slides, pools and nearby sea encouraged children a lot.Spa and entertainment staff are the most welcoming and professional.
  : The room cleaning was dreadful, very dirty floor, bathroom. The sofa bed that was said to be a sleeping place was absolutely uncomfortable, didn't have a protective cover, so that sofa was all in spots. The pillow was without a pillowcase. At the arrival there happened to be no soap filled in the bathroom, toilet paper etc, the phone wasn't working, although it was not earlier than 14:00. Management settled everything quickly, but this shouldn't happen to guests.Minor issues: ice cream was not available during the specified by the hotel period of time, it was given out either in the very beginning of the snack time or at the very end.

  : The staff was super nice at reception. The waiter who took care of us at the restaurant was also really sweet. I like that they're close to the beach and have several pools you can enjoy.
  : My room was at edge of the hotel and it gets super loud with the shows that go on at night next door.
