  : The location is perfect. Near to the city center and not in a very noisy area too. I liked the pools and the ambiance, the hotel restaurant is very delicious and the service near the pool was amazing. The staff was very nice and helpful , a guy called Volkan in the reception helped us a lot . Ahmet in the breakfast room was very gentle and nice, I would thank him a lot for the help and his kindness.
  : I didnt like the room cleanliness , the lady that was cleaning the room left the room floor very wet after cleaning the room , the bathroom cleaning is the most important thing for us and I felt that it could be better .But our stay was a very good in general.

  : Lovely continental style breakfast with a choice of hot and cold food. Clean bar/eating outdoor area, Our room with small patio over looking the infinity pool, again lovely views.
  : Can't really fault this place for what you pay. Steep hill down to town and bars, 5-10 mins, not for the faint hearted to walk back up, although there are taxis outside the hotel and bottom of the hill, wouldn't stop me booking again though!

  : The rooms were spacious and the view from the balcony was fantastic.
  : For a hotel this old and well rated, youd expect better service. Right from the checkin experience to our checkout the service was pathetic. Im usually not someone who rates poorly without a reason. Here I have not one but several 1. You ask for anything and it never comes back. We called for water and soap with no one turning up. 2. There is a renovation going on - so we put up with a drilling noise for most of the afternoon 3. Of the few nights weve been spending now in Turkey, this hotels breakfast was the most underwhelming, juice is chargeable in the morning buffet! 4. It took several times a technician to check the room for a strange loud whistling noise from the AC. 5. Cockroach in the room 6. At checkout when I asked if theres luggage assistance, I was told my husband is already taking it out to the car!!
