  : The staff where friendly, and hotel was clean
  : The rooms are too small, I would have paid more for a bigger room, TV in room but no English channels apart from one. Breakfast was nice but if knew it cost me 40euro to eat a little bit of food from the buffet I would have not bothered. Hotel is too far away from central and red light district.

  : Not able to charge breakfast to room after checking in , Laundry or anything bought in cafe . They tell me it's because people check out and don't pay their bills, but I see this is quite the insult in categorizing all of their guests as dishonest. No other hotel has ever dissed me to charge back items purchased in the hotel to my account.The wardrobe space was approximately 18 inches wide and there was no draw space.The shower seal was broken and the hot water ran searing hot then freezing cold. Apart from the location, I would not stay here again. I filtered on Booking.com to have a property with an elevator and they tried to give me a room with a 50° staircase. Then when they changed my room, there was a rollaway in the room, not allowing me to get to the window. I don't expect this type of service in a hotel of this caliber.

  : Great location. No one entered your room unless requested. Lots of hot water. Quiet. Room faced the back of property.
  : Could have done with fresh daily towels. But didn’t realise you have to ask reception daily for your needs not the cleaning staff on the floor. The bathroom was almost the size of a cupboard but we managed.
