  : The place was spacious (except the toilets) well equipped and clean. Very good location, nice view!
  : Lots of steep stairs, which are typical to canal houses, but should have been mentioned. The main problem was that after booking 2 apartments for a family reunion, months in advance, we were informed 2 weeks before arriving that one apartment is available only for half week and one couple will have to move to a hotel. That was a great inconvenience. Since one couple was leaving a day before, they moved to the hotel, and I asked for refund for the last night. They have problems doing that from some reason, so as for now I wasn't reimbursed

  : Location is fantastic , very central and easy to get around from. It's a little noisy in the evenings which is to be expected as it's on a popular canal but that didn't bother us. The apartment is spacious and well equipped but could do with a few more serving dishes and pots in the kitchen.The only downside's we found were the following : The second bedroom has absolutely no storage or hanging space . This should be considered as priority to improve on. Coat hooks at the entrance should also be considered, as again , there is nowhere to hang these.The use of the balcony is not allowed and as such the window and doors in the kitchen and main bedroom do not open which is not ideal as there is no air flow. Beds and linen were comfortable and utilities worked well. In terms of cleanliness , we found this to be ok.However we did a full clean ourselves on arrival. We extended our stay by a week and were lucky enough to not have to move to another location as they made a plan for us which was greatly appreciated.On the whole , the apartment is great and served our purposes well. We would definitely consider rebooking ! The "negatives" mentioned aren't that big of a deal but would add to and improve the comfort of the stay. Thank you Team Prinzengracht ! We will be back
  : Windows at front should be double glazed as this would help with the noise -not a big deal for us though as noise was minimal. All the doors and windows at the rear of the apartment are sealed shut allowing no cross ventilation. No access to the balcony either which is a pity. Lack of storage / cupboard space in the second bedroom .The TV's are not smart TV's but this wasn't too much of an issue as the management dropped of a cable to connect to our laptop.
