  : Staff in Reception did not seem to be trained properly. At first, they couldn't figure out where my reservation was, despite my having the receipt from booking.com. They sent us to a room that wasn't ready, then couldn't tell on the computer which rooms were actually ready or had a walk-in shower. They cancelled the room key on the 2nd day, so we had to go back down to get them to change it, and each time we had a question or needed help at the reception area, the line was long, and they were very slow helping people. The 2nd day of our stay, they never cleaned our room until we called 3 times in the afternoon, and it wasn't cleaned until 4:30 pm, and even then, it was just a "quick" cleaning. When we asked for clean glasses to use in the room, they said they'd clean them, and basically just wiped them out with bathroom towels. They staff weren't sure how to change the room temperature, and had to call maintenance to do so. We were very disappointed in the hotel, especially for how expensive it was, and will not recommend it to anyone in the future, nor will we stay there again. We had stayed there in the past when it was the NH Museum Quarter, and it was much better, with great management and staff. It's really gone down in quality, even as the price has nearly doubled. No longer worth it
