  : The location was good to reach all the major landmarks by walking or bus. The check in was easy and the host was very helpful. Lots of food options and a supermarket within 250m. The air conditioning coped with the heatwave (temperatures over 42 degrees).
  : Rome itself is filthy - the waste management is surprisingly terrible. There is litter and rubbish piles everywhere throughout the city and this apartment is off the 'tourist strip' so surrounded by the dirty streets. The pile of rubbish on the corner of the building built up over our stay and in 4 days was not collected. The apartment is tired and could do with a good deep clean.

  : the sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable but otherwise the rest of the facilities were good

  : it was very dirty, the floor is so dirty that it is impossible to walk on it without shoes, slippers were also not provided. Also we had to pay an extra 30 for checking in an hour later (ie at 7pm) It would be worth it if they used this an hour to wash the tiles in the shower, or at least wash the toilet.

  : I think the apartment needs a bit of attention. Was also a little bit dirty in places and the kettle was full of scale. Could do with brighter lights. Perfect for couples but not if you have mobility issues as the stairs to upstairs bedrooms very steep .
