  : Navona Rooms was in a great location with a lovely courtyard with restaurants on the doorstep. It was clean and comfortable and we were very happy,
  : One evening the power went out and as there was no staff around to tell had to wait until the next morning for them to sort it out when they arrived.

  : The staff was very nice!
  : A lot of things were missing. For instance, they make it seem as if it was a hotel and it is not. We arrived at the place after I had called the given number with no luck. There is no sign for the place so we were lucky that the staff at the restaurants in the piazza knew where it was. We rang the bell MULTIPLE times with no luck. Luckily someone was getting out so we were able to get passed the 1st door. Then we were in between the door who takes you outside and a gate. I kept calling the place and no answer. After about 20mins someone was coming outside and they let us in the gate, other guests of the same place and they too, had had the same issues with being able to get in. The following day as we were going on a tour we heard yet ANOTHER guests giving the front desk lady THE SAME feedback about no communication and no way to get in. It should be CLEARLY stated everywhere how youre supposed to access the place.

  : Room was in a great location and very clean and nice.
  : Took us forever to get into the place and they stated Rome didn't allow them to use the A/Cs until a certain date. We were at the end of May and it was getting pretty hot.

  : Room smelt badly of mould, the water in the spa bath stunk very bad.

  : The bed was comfy. The water pressure was good. Hot tub was a nice touch. Great location. Nice bathroom. Nice staff.
  : Air conditioning had a mouldy smell. It was loud and broke down during our stay. However they did send someone to fix it, although it slightly interrupted our plans.
