  : Great location! The street where the room is located is very charming with lots of things around. It was also very easy to walk to most of the main tourist spots. The room was clean and comfortable. The patio upstairs is also pretty.
  : We had to wait 2 hrs outside with all our luggage because the staff refused to give us the access code to the property until we gave them the credit card info for the city tax ($14). Why didnt they just include this tax on the reservation? We had already paid for 2 nights in full, over $400 and they are refusing to give the access code because of $14? The staff was very rude to us on the phone, and said we could either send them a picture of the credit card or walk 20 min to their other location. I didnt feel like walking that much with the luggage, so I reluctantly sent a picture of my credit card with the hopes it wasnt a scam. It all worked out in the end, and we learned later on that is pretty common in Italy to make such type of request. I just wish it was communicated differently. Its scary when someone just asks for a picture of your passport AND of your credit card! It again, the place was legit and we enjoyed it, it just a little worrisome.

  : Location was great. We walked everywhere. Enjoyed hanging out on the roof top. The cleaning person was very nice.
  : Non responsive to questions and information requests. Narrow staircase-difficult to climb with suitcases. The roof top Jacuzzi is just a typical small jacuzzi bathtub. Fits 2 people max and takes time to fill.

  : very central location but the room is accessible with a very narrow and steep stair. very complicated to reach with luggage
  : extremely small place, dark and noisy. As soon as the above or side neighbour move you hear it. Staff was accessible only during the booking phase with pre-prepared messages but when i have called them for an issue with the entrance code they were very ride. Also when i have sent a massage asking for. 30 min delay in the check out they didnt even reply.
