  : It was close to the airport, to the bus stop and to a grocery store. I didn't need a key to open the door, all I needed was an app.
  : The bunk bed was uncomfortable, you can feel the metal bar underneath the mattress. The TV didn't have an antenna nor WiFi. And the WiFi didn't work in the bedroom. A microwave oven would have been very good too.

  : the employee seems like dont have much patience to solve ur problems.

  : The metro was close to the property. The woman who checked us in (Teresa) was very nice.
  : On the day we were rushing out the door at 5:15 am to catch the early train, we were locked inside the outside gate. I texted Teresa but she didnt respond. We ended up having to climb over the fence which had sharp points on it. Fortunately we didnt hurt ourselves but we could have. Every other morning the gate was unlocked but for some reason it was locked that morning. Maybe it had something to do with the time we were leaving. However, Teresa never told us how to get out from the inside. She only told us how to get inside. If it did have something to do with the fact we were leaving so early, Teresa did know we were leaving at 5 am as I had told her that when we were checking in. I texted her after and told her we had to climb out but she never responded so we never got an explanation.
