  : The location. It's so far, we spent a great amount of time just travelling to & from the hotel to central Rome. The nearest underground/ metro is reachable only by bus or taxi. No walking possibility.

  : The hotel was located almost an hour away from most of the tourist attractions, the buffet breakfast is really not worth it and the rooms are a bit outdated.

  : 1. Location: The hotel's location in a commercial center surrounded by places like Burger King and Old Wild West was quite off-putting. The atmosphere didn't feel serene or comfortable, and it lacked the charm we expected from a hotel.2. Parking: The absence of private parking was a major inconvenience. We were left with the options of using the commercial center's outdoor parking, which came with a risk of encountering dubious characters, or the underground parking, which had restricted hours (8:30 AM to 8 PM).3. Safety: The security of the area was a significant concern. We had parked our car right in front of the reception desk, under surveillance cameras, for a mere 10 minutes during check-in. Shockingly, during this short span, someone managed to break into our car, shatter the window, and steal our belongings.4. Surveillance Cameras: Despite the presence of several surveillance cameras at the entrance, none of them captured the robbery that occurred right in front of the reception desk. This raises serious doubts about the effectiveness and coverage of the security system.5. Amenities: The amenities provided were lackluster. The mini-bar was empty, and we were surprised to find even a basic necessity like water missing from the room.6. Service:The service at the hotel was abysmal. When we informed the receptionist about the robbery, their response was shocking. They refused to call the police, claiming they wouldn't come, and instead instructed us to deal with the situation ourselves, even though our car had
