  : Staff very friendly. One bed was missing in the room at our arrival due to an error in reservation website, staff reacted fast and provided the missing bed as we were settling. Dîner restaurant was good and staff there was super friendly. Breakfast was correct, although sometimes coffee cups were missing and one should wait for clean ones to be brought.
  : Location a bit far away from metro station « Cinecitta » of line A. There is a complimentary shuttle service provided by the hotel. However, the frequency of shuttle from/to station to/from the hotel was only every hour. There is a city bus close to the hotel but it’s also about every 30 min. Once in the metro, city centre is about 20 min.

  : the room was very clean and the staff were friendly and always ready to help with any enquiry. it is a lovely quiet hotel
  : the location. it’s in the middle of no where we had to walk 15 minutes to the train station which I wouldn’t recommend tbh because it was classed as a busy main road. the air con didn’t work for the time we were there we mentioned it to the hotel they sent someone out he even agreed it didn’t work, nothing was done about it?pool was closed which was a bit disappointing considering it didn’t say this on the site and it was hot outside.

  : Beautiful settings. A shuttle to the metro station (which is also within walkable distance in my opinion). The lady at the reception was super friendly and nice.
  : Our room didn't have a patio or balcony and was located right next to the restaurant (the windows opened to the restaurant terrace). The waiter during dinner was not very helpful; he threw italian menus on the table and didn't seem very helpful in any way. After a while a younger waiter came to ask if we were ready to order and when we told him we were still trying to translate the menu he was surprised we weren't offered an english menu. Which he then have us. The food was quite blant and looked liked something was just thrown on a plate in a big hurry. But the sunday breakfast was a disaster!! Instead of serving it inside in the breakfast room they had put everything out on the terrace. When we arrived (an hour before the breakfast time was over) there was pretty much nothing to eat. And the few slices of ham and cheese left were sitting in the sun surrounded by flies. Coffee was cold. After a while the staff brought a small portion of scrambbled eggs but there was so little of it that it was enough for only a couple of people. We basically had nothing to eat or drink. Worst hotel breakfast ever. The pool looks nice but they make you wear swimming caps to use it.
