  : Rome is built on seven hills. This place is just in the middle of all these hills. An upcoming neighbourhood, with lovely trendy shopping streets and restaurants. The appartment itself is hidden in a quiet backstreet. Beautifully and overwhelmingly decorated, a well working airconditioning, a small but sufficient kitchen and a lovely spacious roof terrace. The owner, Leatitia, is a wonderful host.

  : we were told we could drop off our bags at 2pm. Simone met us at the apartment and let us in. I was in shock when we entered the apartment by how it filthy it was There were dirty pots and pans loaded in the sink. bowls of food on the floor and i could not believe it but there were dirty bowls of food in in the bed. The apartment was rented as a luxury apartment, the photos on booking.com sold it as a clean and beautiful place. It was disgusting , smelly and dirty. Even the terrace was nasty. Full of cigarette butts and extremely dirty. I told Simone I was very disappointed and felt very uncomfortable staying there with my family. the Oder in the apartment was very unpleasant. I was so terribly disappointed since i was paying over $3,000 for five nights. . We were suppose to receive the apartment at 3pm. They were cleaning the apartment until after 4:30 pm. Simone told me I needed to call the manager so I placed a call to him telling him how dirty the apartment was and how disappointed I was. He was extremely rude, to me and raised he voice to me over the phone. we were stuck staying their since they took the payment in advance. The other bad thing was that the washing machine did not work. I had picked this place a kk so because it was rented as having a washer available to use. The pillows on the bed had a horrible smell to them. It just felt very dirty and yucky. The bathroom was way to small for four people. It was like a tiny closet size. it was not a good experience and the customer service was non existent. The gentleman who let us in Simone was nice and very embarrassed by how dirty it was but he could not help us with anything it was the manager who had all the authority and he was very very rude and did nothing to compensate for the dirty accommodations
