  : The location (close to station San Pietro and San Pietro itself, but quite) and the cleaning lady on site. She was really nice.
  : Nothing. Its a simple clean room. Not a fancy hotel if you are looking for it.

  : the service of the employees need to be improved. ask several times for the invoice, no feedback. There is no service people in the hotel.

  : Great location! Very close to Vatican! Easy self check-in, available even late at night! Small but comfortable room, good air conditioning. We stayed for 3 nights, and had a cleaning lady once (which I think is okay). The owner provided vouchers for breakfast in the Cafe nearby. You can choose a simple breakfast there (croissants and beverage, etc) and that was enough for us. Quite neighborhood!
  : The wardrobe in the room was filled with a huge amount of cleaning supplies, towels, bathrobes, etc. It looks like this room was used as a utility room before and was now redone into the guest room. It wasn't a big deal for me, but it just made me feel uncomfortable to know that the cleaning lady goes in every time to get her stuff to clean other rooms, etc.Also, the room is a bit small.

  : Property was well located and clean, the effort was there to clean the property daily and provide fresh towels.
  : Checking in was quite comfortably the worst experience I have ever had. Landing late, we followed the instructions but no one opened the door, we had to call the host about 30 times and continue ringing and knocking on the door for about 30 minutes before they woke up and let us in. After this we were told by the host (who had not been answering their phone for around 30 minutes) that our knocking was loud, instead of apologising for the lack of attention, ridiculous, I have never experienced anything like it.Then we had an incident where we were trapped in the flat as another guest had locked the outside door with a key, the fact that you are unable to unlock the door from the inside is ridiculous and, quite frankly, a massive fire hazard. Management ruins what is otherwise a decent room in a decent location, probably the worst experience I have had with a management team, would not recommend.
