  : i really liked the location. i did not expect it to be so near the St Peter Square. the hotel was clean . our linens/supplies were refilled/resupplied and room cleaned so well. breakfast was great . the Staff, Viju, allowed us to bring packed breakfast because we had to be at the airport early. he was really nice and amiable and very helpful. so, too, with the man who was at the counter when we arrived . the tall guy with curly hair.
  : i didn't like the staff that was manning the front desk. i think his name was Orie. he was the night shift and very lukewarm. did not even smile. when we asked him 'how are you", he simply answered "i am busy". not very nice. he is not fit to be in the front desk.

  : The free breakfast was amazing. Everything was delicious and the best coffee I had during my entire vacation. This staff was helpful when we asked questions. I loved the location, which was very close to the Vatican. I loved that there was a taxi stand right outside of our hotel door. I loved that there was a variety of convenience stores, restaurants, places for gelato all within very easy walking distance.
  : The air conditioner did not work in our room. We asked them about it the morning after we arrived. We never had any relief from the heat. I would not have stayed there if I knew the air conditioning did not work. The room was extremely small, which is not that surprising, but small and uncomfortably hot… I could not wait to get back to air-conditioning.

  : VEry accessible to st. Peter church and every thing like shops and restaurants. Transport are easily accessible.Reception staff are very friendly and helpful especially cory and andrea.
  : The room temperature is low even though the aircondition is on.

  : The hotel is close to the St. Peter’s Square and Basilica’s entrance. It’s surrounded by lots of restaurants and souvenirs stores. I forgot the name of the person who checked us in, he is from Indonesia, I wished I remembered his name, he was so helpful, gave us all the information we needed, and the lady that served breakfast in the morning, we saw they are happy with what their doing.
  : One person who was on duty one evening. Looks arrogant. Did not offer help, nor greeted us, face shown like,” what you people doing here”,

  : Location to St Peters square was excellent. Said it had breakfast which was vital for us.
  : It is ancient! Desperately needs updating.Felt like a very old haunted place to be at.Beds were rock hard!Front desk was unwelcoming- No place to put our things bc the room is tiny and very inefficient for travelers. I was freaked out by the accommodations, frankly. Not to mention ruin their elevator seems to be from 1800’s !
