  : It was a simple breakfast that fulfilled our morning needs. Pastrys, toast, sandwich meets cheese, juice, coffee. Every morning our breakfast was in the room and kitchen we were pleased.
  : We were not able to meet Simone it would have been nice to meet him. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

  : A little gem of a hotel with a quiet, convenient location to major attractions. Lovely and helpful staff and a delicious and full breakfast.

  : Antonella, the housekeeper is wonderful. Breakfast is pre-packed and a good start to the day. The B&B is very clean. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to warm pre-cooked meals for dinner. Guests can store goods in the fridge. The B&B is an ideal option for tourists who will be out during the day and mainly need a comfortable clean place to sleep.
  : Nothing major. This is a B&B with no reception service. You have to make specific time arrangements to check in. I only stayed for one night and unfortunately could only get the keys after 15:30. Perhaps the owner could consider that Antonella/ housekeeper assist with check-in

  : Great location, the Vatican is a 5 minutes walk from the B&B. for the other touristic attractions it is better to take the bus, 15/20 minutes from the B&B. it was really too hot to walk, but that could be done for motivated people approximatively 1 hour. Jordi was very nice and welcoming, Simone provided good recommendations and support all through the stay. this is a very good team of professionnals. Also, congratulations to Antonella for keeping the place super clean!
  : apparently because of local regulations, the very basic breakfast (self service) does not include any fresh product (apart from some cheese and ham)...

  : Not enough hot water even for 1 person. After 5 minutes came Cold water. And then you have to wait 1 HOUR for another 5 minutes of hot water. We have been there for 5 days with the same towel. They ask for extra payment for clean towels. The owner is now aware of the situation. Hopefully, they will improve.

  : Modest apartment has been converted into three very simply furnished rooms (good beds) conveniently near train and Vatican, on a shabby, pedestrian-only alleyway with no reception staff. Connections to obtain entry are unreliable (not only our experience). Breakfast is a sin in a city of good food - coffeemaker and processed, plastic wrapped food, but also milk and juice (and some strange charcuterie too) on a dedicated fridge shelf. Very clean, and the cleaning lady was very helpful. Little privacy, but luckily, we were there with other, delightful guests. If the other guests should be noisy or unpleasant, it would have been a real problem.
  : Booking.com could have made much clearer the difficulties associated with staying in a down-at-the-heels location with no reception person or desk, that did not reach the B&B or hotel standards generally expected in the UK or the US (and elsewhere in the western EU). Hot water was limited - heated in an older wall mounted geyser. Furniture was bistro patio style, plain shelving or mid century shabby. Not bad, but very unacceptable for those with ordinary expectations. Rome is an expensive city, but this seemed very bad value for the price.
