  : The apartment is on the fourth floor without an elevator. There is no air conditioning. When we arrived the temperature was 40 degrees. There is one fan that hardly worked. We called the contact phone but no one picked up. Our stay was terrible.

  : Central, close to metro, Central Station, shops, restaurants. Duomo accessible on foot (25 min)
  : Too much noise from the outside and we had to leave the windows open as is was very hot. There is no air conditioning, which would have been a great improvement.

  : - Very spacious rooms- The entrance to the apartment is based on code so you don't have to worry about the keys- The kitchen has the necessary equipments to prepare the meal
  : - The faucet in the bathroom was faulty. It must be tightened well to stop the water from flowing - Also the bathroom can be an issue for big groups because one of the walls is false and you can hear (and see) what's inside the bathroom

  : Flat was in a historical old style building .Everything is old look but pragmatically works well.You can cook in kitchen ,we also use washing machine For our clothes.Staff let us washing powder acording to our Wish.10 minutes Walk to Duomo and Milano central station .Also tram and bus stops everywhere.Staff was helpful communicated by booking message platform.They answered quickly.In this flat I feel myself like living in 60 -70 ties period Italian films.Was a unique experience for me.But if you look for luxury choose another option.
  : There must be curtains for windows.The cafe at the entrance a little crowded and noisy.

  : The location and size of the apartment were tip-top for us. The bed was hard, and that is the way we like it; also tip-top. A balcony is something we really appreciate and it was here, although very small, i.e. a kitchen chair could be wedged onto it sideways. It was just big enough for a happy camper to take a sundown cocktail on, with the partner sitting on a chair inside the doorway. Ah, but that is the design of the building. There were many clean towels available; we used two sets over 7 days. And the owner's management company was responsive in fixing a problem with the kitchen sink within a few hours of our reporting it.
  : It would suggest that (at least) a second coffee mug and cutting board, a plastic flipping spatula, a kitchen handtowel, and some hand dishwashing soap (we left a bottle behind) be provided. Some additional cutlery and a knife would be good; also a toaster. (There were plenty of pots and pans, as well as many great restaurants in the adjacent streets!) The furnishings were sparse but ok; we were tourists and did not hang out very much in the apartment. A little side table would be good though to place a bottle of wine and two glasses on. The owner may want to take some preventative maintenance to seal wall corner areas, particularly in the bathroom, where collected water will eventually rot the flooring.

  : The location is great. There's a couple of little shops nearby for food. Felt a safe neighborhood too.
  : There's only one mug which didn't help when there were four of us. It said there was tea/coffee but there wasn't. So we have left some PG tips for the next guests.
