  : The place looks better in real life than on the photos. The host was responsive, friendly and helpful. He greeted us in person and showed us around. The place has a lovely garden and 5 sleeping places (2 double beds and 1 single) and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen has utensils for cooking and washing the dishes, the bathroom has a washing/drying machine. There's a fridge, a dishwasher. The apartment is spacious, cosy and tastefully decorated. It was a lovely stay.
  : We had a late arrival and an early flight and it was almost impossible to get to the airport using public transportation during the night hours, whilst the taxi service (Radio Taxi Venezia that has fixed reasonable rates) told us initially that we cannot book a taxi for 5 people in advance and would have to get up and call them. Upon the 2nd attempt, the other operator confirmed that it was not a problem and they were happy to help, but it was pretty stressful.Also, if you are arriving after 6.30PM the apartment manager leaves themselves a right to charge you 50 eur for late check-in upon their discretion.
