  : The property is located in a hip plaza in the happening center of Mestre and with very easy access by tram or bus to Venezia (20min). The room is large enough to have 2 people in it. It has a little fridge for convenience, which helps to store some small food items. It also has a safe. It is clean and the interior is fashionably styled, as expected in Italy. All doors have key cards to enter. Very convenient I may say. The owner is around and very friendly. He is stationed in a cute store next to the entrance of the main building. To my surprise the rooms get cleaned every day. A first for me in my experience. The cleaning team is very nice as well and do an amazing job. I recommend this property to any young single or couple traveler thats looking for peace and quiet but yet with easy and fast access to Venice and Mestre city.
  : Nothing major to note that could use improvements. But if you are a light sleeper dont get the rooms that are next to the main doors. As these doors slam hard when closing and it might wake you up. The gps might give you a bit of a challenge finding the main entrance

  : Welcoming owner! Good location with attractive neighborhood and plenty of restaurants to choose from.Big plus for the ability to store my bicycle safe and secure in adjacent building!
  : If anything, lacking window with views out of the apartment, looks into adjacent buildings - not a major drawback thought

  : A little tricky to find, but the host came to find me quickly

  : The staff was very friendly, eager to help, fast answers on messages and the everyday cleaning was spotless, also receiving new towels every time. Face tissues were a nice touch. Confortable bed. The location is near a pedestrian area.
  : Small things could have been improved like the small space for clothes or the lack of a toothbrush cup. It would be helpful if the google maps location was changed with the one where the reception is located.
