  : The staff is helpful and responsive. The room was very wide and equipped with a kitchenette, an ensuite bathroom and air conditioning. The room and bathroom looked quite clean, although some equipment was a bit dated. The residence is located in a very central and lively area of Mestre, close to many facilities, shops and local transports.
  : We did not visit for tourism/holidays, so we needed to spend most of our time in the room and be able to cook and eat our meals there. Unfortunately renovation works were ongoing during that time, therefore dust and debris was coming in easily and workers were moving along the scaffolding all day. To get some privacy we had to close the roll-up shutters but these were in need of maintenance/replacement. There were no fly screens at the windows (mosquitoes thrive in the area) and a few basic kitchen items were missing (but the staff helped us with what we needed) and the kitchenware could be a bit cleaner in general.
