  : Good value for money. Close to the public transit. Most of the things that we needed were there. Friendly and welcoming staff.
  : I would like to see more power outlets in the room, we had only one power strip instead. The TV mount was sore for the eye.

  : The floor in the room was dirty. The receptionist did not believe me when I told her the floor in the room was dirty. I had to show her a picture. She asked me why was it dirty? I made the reservation for 2 twin beds and they had it for one double bed. They did not believe me when I told them the reservation was for 2 separate twin beds. There was no shower curtain. The hair dryer was probably form the 1920's. The lights in the hallway only worked when you turned them on. It was always dark. The elevator is too small. The TV did not work. After they fixed it, there was only one channel available and no option of changing the language to English (only Italian).

  : Some of the staff members were very kind and willing to help. Also the hotel is nice, clean and safe.
  : It is inconvenient to move from this location to Venetia, airport or other places if you do not have a car.
