  : While the apartment we rented (Urbieta 2) was in a good location, spacious, and well-decorated, do not book this apartment if you need WiFi. Even though FeelFree advertises WiFi for their apartments, this apartment's WiFi was so slow, it was unusable. We reported the issue upon check-in, but it took 3 days for FeelFree to determine that a) this was an issue with the service provider and b) provide us with a back-up solution (hotspot). Not to mention that our peaceful vacation was interrupted by an employee who had to come into our apartment and make phone calls multiple times throughout the day to diagnose the issue, as well as over a dozen emails and phone calls we had to make to discuss the issue with FeelFree. While we completely understand that WiFi issues are often out of the control of rental companies, we were disappointed with the amount of time FeelFree took to resolve our issue. Not only should the WiFi have been tested before our arrival, but we should have been provided a hotspot immediately after the issue was identified. We felt like the stay was overpriced for the value. In addition, FeelFree only offered 80 euros of compensation for the WiFi issues, which is less than half of the nightly price.
