  : I send booking.com a serious complaint letter for this pension. I want to have my money back. A lot of things did not work, including 1) the digital receiption with check in and 2) the showerdoor, which was broken, the shower in my bathroom could not be used. It would have been dangerous. I wrote a whatsup message to the pension, because nobody was there, but they did not give me another room, nor did they repair the shower. 3) For the check in appointment we agreed on phone, they did not appear. I stand in front of a closed pension door, only to open with a code and did not know what to do. I got serious troubles. I missed a business meeting because the receptionist was not at the hotel to the time we agreed. 4) I found small animals on my bed in the night. I did not sleep one hour.

  : Great view, nice location. Easy to find and to do the checkin. There was no visible staff but the room was cleaned everyday. There was a mini fridge with water.
  : There was an extra bed at our bedroom we didn't need it. The microwave and coffee machine were located outside the room so in a common area area. It was a bit expensive.

  : Good location, easy to get to from euskotrain
  : We only got towels after asking for them and waiting because the reception was never open. There was no means to open the window and get some fresh air, which wouldve been necessary because the room had quite bad air and smelled weird. Generally it was not really clean.

  : Accommodation was clean and compact. Location good. Difficulty in working out access and parking.

  : It was fairly convenient for the centre of Saint Sbastien. The room had good views across the river. It was clean & the beds were comfortable with a good shower. Warm drinks were available from a corridor dispenser.There was a caf on the riverside ground floor, which was convenient for drinks in the evening.
  : Communication regarding access to the property was not clear. We made several attempts by phone , through Booking.com & by e-mail to find out about access & parking ( our friends car). In the event, a member of the cleaning staff ( very charming ) was sent down with the garage keys & accompanied the driver to the garage. Luckily one of our group was fluent in Spanish, as the staff member spoke no English.It should be made clear prior to booking that there are no duty staff and that access is by door codes. To allay anxiety / confusion guests should be warned that access codes will not be sent until 15 minutes before the check in time.
