  : The staff were trying to be as helpful as they could so I have no problem with them. (The lady at the reception was helpful, the cleaning lady couldn't speak English but helped as much as she could. The 2 teenage boys who helped with the electricity came in to help at 1 am.) The location of the hotel was also good even though it would require some time to walk to the old town. I think it was good because it was close to the coach station which we used, was in a pretty quiet area but with cafes, restaurants and shops not too far from the hotel. The room wasn't as small as I was afraid it would be, having read previous comments. The toilet and bathroom was big although it could be improved. I'm not talking about the fact that you can see through the glass bathroom wall (which was true !!! - but my husband said if you were here with someone sharing the same bed, you shouldn't complain about somebody seeing you naked :-)) but there was some design flaws that made it not as clean as I would like it to be. Bed was ok, big and new pillow and comfortable. Having said this, I think the room price was a bit expensive compared with other places in Spain that we had stayed. Alas, it was in the summer so might be more expensive than normal time but that made value for money less than satisfactory.
  : There were 2 main problems during our stay. First was the aircon stopped working in the middle of the night every night that we were there. We had to call in the staff at 12.30 (half past midnight) and they came at 1 am. The problem was the cut-out switch that switched off after certain times (or maybe because all the guests used the aircons so the electricity system was overloaded). We were there in late August so it was hot without aircon and opening the windows helped but it was too noisy to leave open all night. The second problem was a bit less serious - that the toilet area smelled all the time. I'm not sure it was because of the ceramic floor that had too many crevices and therefore difficult to clean properly or was it due to the water system of the building (the guesthouse was in an old building). Anyway, our stay was not an entirely happy one. Overall, I would say if the hotel can fix their aircon problem, it would be a much better place. Once again, we thanked the staff for trying to help us but the problem wasn't in their expertise, I think.

  : Room was too small. No room to put your things, especially with two people. Entire bathroom floor gets wet after a shower and doesnt dry. Wet feet slip on bedroom floor.

  : Front desk closes very early (21h) and they charge you if you arrive later. They should come with a solution so the guests can access the property by themselves after hours, a key safe or something similar.
