  : Room and pool were clean. Fresh towels each day. Pleasant staff. Location was great!
  : Although this is a 2 star hotel, not having enough fans for atleast one per room was extremely disappointing and had a huge affect on our overall experience. Yes there was an unexpected heat wave but in general Gran Canaria is a hot place. Duty of care towards paying customers would be a great thing to think about for the owner. We suggested buying fans and being reimbursed but that was a no. Even with one of us having asthma. Room was unbearable and with us only being there a few days it really took away our enjoyment. WiFi was ok when it worked. Kept disconnecting. Pool guard loves their job so make sure you take note of all the rules......

  : Location . Helpfulness of all the staff. Clean , lovely balcony, food good, all over a very good hotel . Would highly recommend for the price we paid

  : Not air condition in the room, not fan, not window net. I had to sleep with all windows closed to avoid insects coming in. The weather is humid and hot specially in the morning.The hotel provided only one little soap bar. They should give toothpaste and shampoo as well

  : The location of the place is excellent, very convenient for the beach as well as the main centre.
  : The location of my room, to avoid the continual noise from the pool bar area you do need to be in rooms 1-15 on any floor, if you want a good nights sleep you do not want rooms 29 or 30, as you also get noise from the hotels kitchen entrance next door.

  : Super location, pool great, food very good and excellent staff. The balcony was great too!
  : The lack of air con... But I knew that at the time of booking. I just didn't realise how much I would need it.
