  : 1: location was excellent2: spacious accommodation with good bed and bathroom 3: staff were pleasant
  : It is not a 4 star hotel !Breakfast selection was good BUT they provide cold plates meaning your meal gets instantly cold. They cannot cook fried eggs properly and they cannot provide breakfast OMLETS - due to staff shortages. We had a sharp broken / shattered tile in our room that was there a long time . It was reported but nothing done .

  : Hotel was very clean with extremely helpful staff. We had a Junior suite for a week, which was well designed, and just big enough for that amount of time. Location was great between Yumbo centre and Playa del Ingles
  : The pool and poolside area was a bit small, but we didnt actually spend any time poolside, so it did not affect us

  : location, clean, staff, comfortable room
  : 12th floor was being fully renovated which meant noise every morning at 9am as we were on the 11th floor, although this was intrusive it was just about acceptable and manageable as we were away exploring basically every day, I do believe the hotel and/or booking.com should have made this fact clear to all guests being accommodated on floor 11 at the time of booking and in reality a reduced charge should have been offered to accept this intrusion

  : Beds comfortable, location good. Evening musicians great
  : The hotel leaves a note in the room to offer a 20 breakfast if you leave a trip advisor review. We did this, the hotel responded to the review, however we were charged for the breakfast and on check out the receptionist would not remove the charge. Total dishonesty by the hotel which clouded otherwise a nice stay.

  : Location is 10 minutes away from the boulevard and beach. In the hotel everything is logical. Staff is frendly and we enjoyed it very much
  : Evening dinner has not many variety in the hotel but is only 15,- pp. So we went for dinner outside because whitin 500 meters around this hotel you find many attractive restaurants and bars

  : This is the third time we have Stayed at Anamar , Now I think perhaps chaged owners to Livvo , we had the exact same room as previously 507 , we like the location , Facilities are good but we did not use much of them to be Honest.
  : I have three complaints , We chose to eat Breakfast , Quality inconsistent , One day the Fried Eggs were undercooked and the Scrambled eggs also , Like soup , I complained , and was told this is how German People Like eggs , are they only catering for Germans , They did do me three Fried Eggs over easy so that was nice , however it put me off going for breakfast again. The second issue was the Quality of the Pillows , Awful , suggest they need new. The third we arrived back perhaps around 9pm one evening and were taking some pictures by the pool area only to be told by a Rude member of staff to get out !!!

  : Was returning guest, had contacted 3-4 times ahead of arrival for front facing room and on arrival we were allocated a room at the back - rather disappointing!!
