  : Restaurant staff Jose and Hans were very good and as Im gluten free were always helpful when I asked for gluten free bread in the morning. Also bar staff member Gian was always very friendly and always chatted very lovely person.
  : There was only one occasion in the ten days we ent to the restaurant that I found a sign stating that one of the foods was gluten free. Food was excellent but I was very limited to what I could eat. Would be nice to see more signs up. Bungalow location has not been great as last couple of years as we have been put farther and farther away from the facilities such as pool and attempting to get a sun bed is getting worse as people must get up at the crack of dawn to put towels on the beds, ignoring the sign to refrain from this. Also encountered quite a few rude guests who appear to think that they can also move people from sun beds and tables in the restaurant

  : While the breakfasts and lunches were average (coffee was quite bad), the dinners were excellent for the cost. Also, I liked the idea of the 3 pools, along with the live music on the weekend that we were there.
  : Other than the breakfasts and the lunches, the pillows/mattress of the beds were too soft. Also, it would have been nice to have the option of a queen bed for my wife and I instead of 2 single beds.

  : Great location next to Alex gay hotel, lot of space in calm atmosphere, nice staff, wide selection for breakfest.

  : The location was good, very close from the strip but not noisy.
  : 1. No animation: animation was a joke, poor quality. In the first day, when I heard music from the room, I was excited thinking "oh maybe is karaoke" but no, it was a professional singer (singing horribly). But basically that was one of the only days I've seen animation in the hotel.2. Food: I honestly don't know how that hotel has 4 stars.. very poor selection of food, horrible juices and cold food. 3. Unfriendly staff: The girl in the pool bar is very unfriendly and keep dictating her own rules. In our first 2 days staying in the hotel, the pregnant staff was serving food/snacks until 4pm. But then when the other one started working, she magically changed the time to 3pm, when we asked for food, she made a big deal, hiding the food from other guests. I just didn't feel comfortable with the situation as we paid for the service, so it wasn't a favour. The next day, same issue, we complained to the reception and then when we went to get drinks the next day, not a word, again, like if she was doing a favour. Horrible treatment.
