  : The staff were not helpful when we had issues, staff claimed they dont speak English (they did just chose not too) English breakfast was not cooked at all which myself & husband became very ill spoke to reception they said they cant do anything even tho I explained none of the food was cooked and we still had to pay for it! Couldnt order a taxi for the airport as the person on the desk said he didnt understand English come back tomorrow the day we were due to fly home (I understand some Spanish) again very unhelpful! We had cracked floor tiles which were very sharp, cracked shower tray, shower plug damaged & sharp, paint was peeling off walls and wardrobe doors, beds old and very noisy, terrace door very hard to open as the runner was damaged, bathroom door we could not close as handle was broken, bathroom window had tape on it to hold it on to the frame, inside of fridge had rusty shelves, kitchen cupboards wouldnt close as they were so old
