  : Los Arcos Location is perfect, pools are well looked after, and security were all ideal , check in and out went smoothly. Reception were helpful if approached. Area is perfectly located for the yumbo center and bus stop to airport 5 minutes walk.Beach 15 minutes walk away
  : This particular property could do with an upgrade, sink area both bathroom and kitchen , wood underneath was swollen with damp wouldn't cost much to modernise the bungalow Facilities inside were very very basic, I.e no cleaning impliments, brush, mop, dish scrubber , washing up liquid etc, nothing. Tv had no remote control , you had to hire one from reception! All channels were Spanish only anyway so pointless. One particular gate was a nightmare to open with the key ( and there are a lot of gates!) So we had to find a different route to get home through the complex. WiFi, an iron, TV remote etc is normally a given nowadays but here it was charged for.Would go again but maybe rent a bungalow from a private owner with all the basic home comforts and facilities you may expect from a rental.

  : I DID NOT GO !!! Cancelled a SINGLE booking made in February 2023, cancelled the SINGLE booking I thought I had made (no Confirmation No. or PIN sent to me by Los Arcos for any SECOND booking - cancelled in July - 2 months before actual arrival date (Free Cancellation, despite 2 x amounts taken from my VISA card in February. Heard nothing from Los Arcos, but on my booking.com app, the booking (SINGLE) was removed from the app and I received a booking.com advice that the booking I made in February was CANCELLED). Tried repeatedly to contact Los Arcos and booking.com. No response. On 30 August my VISA account showed a refund (less than price paid for one booking). So still not refunded for GHOST 2nd booking. Then less than a week before 20 Sept (due date) rcvd from Los Arcos the Confirmation No. for the SECOND booking - too late to cancel 2nd booking. Eventually at around same time, had message from booking.com who said NO EVIDENCE of any communications to either above. They called me, said no evidence on my booking.com app that a second booking was made, On 22 Sept Los Arcos took ANOTHER amount from my VISA account. So they have taken 3 booking amounts frthe om my VISA, refunded me only one payment (lower than the price I paid). Have handed situation to my bank.

Mainly their denial of my right to be refunded for the alleged SECOND booking that I had ABSOLUTELY NO KNOWLEDGE of, till they sent me Confirmation No. less than a week before I was due to arrive. Plus their unprofessional attitude to people that book thru booking.com. Also the INACCESSIBILITY of Booking.com. The ONLY way I have been able to communicate with them is through the Twitter DM site. Even when they called me, said it was "up to Los Arcos as to whether they would reimburse the SECOND payment", despite their underhand way of NOT telling me about the second booking. Remains unresolved. Have sent complaints to "Rip-Off Britain", posted on Trip Advisor (since removed) and tried to lodge complaint with ABTA - but neither Los Arcos nor booking.com belong to ABTA. In the hands of my bank presently. Will take it further to get FULL refund.

  : My only concern was I did not know you could hire air con units until the day before my departure and I found the bungalows very hot- Perhaps an introduction booklet in bungalow on arrival informing guests of all things available would be beneficial. Reception guys very excellent and went above to help you etc Cleaning staff very good and helpful. Near pool which was relatively quiet
  : No air con No English channels (even news) on television
