  : The price has increased dramatically since I last stayed and I did not enjoy the restaurant food as much I enjoyed the last time I stayed and ate in the cafeteria outside! Not as much choice but a lot more money. There was also a lot of noise from work being completed on the fence around the hotel! This disturbed me a lot! The staff are all absolutely brilliant in dealing with any issues though and earn every penny of their wages!

  : Fantastic views, great location, quiet pool area, comfortable beds and generally peaceful.Spa is great. Staff very helpful.
  : The doves at breakfast have still not been sorted out! No cornflakes on 3 mornings, coffee not great. For the price I would expect a better quality breakfast. Our room was a bit dark, we did have one of the worse rooms with no view or sun.

  : Although the place is cleaned so much that sometimes you cannot breath from the smell of the chemicals used, some of the furnitures in the room was disgusting dirty, for example the sofa and the armchair. The sofa was also so uncomfortable it was almost not possible to sit on it. There was a microwave and a sink for cleaning the dishes. But there was no tableware or cutlery. Only two glasses, which you obviously cannot cock much in. Quite ridiculous. When booking the room I got a confirmation that my room would be on ground floor, with a bathtub and a french double bed. I got a room on first floor, with only shower and two single beds. The breakfast was ok+ but not impressive. Ive seen far better in four star hotels for this price. According to the hotel rules, youre not allowed to reserve sun beds by the pool, but it happens all the time, and the staff doesnt react to it at all. If youre bored, you may visit the spa for a massage, but if your back actuality needs a massage, go somewhere else.

  : The dinner was a disaster. There was no variety. Most of the food was cold. There was a lot of fried food, no beef, no pasta, no sauces, no soup, no fruit, no good deserts... It was shameless.

  : Breakfast was horrible - no choice, Pigeons feeding from the breadboard, one girl chef who had no clue - rubber eggs (if you were lucky enough to get one), no English breakfast despite being told that there was. Closed at 10:30 yet Booking.com say 11:00. ROOM - 1. Floor was filthy - not once was it cleaned during our 14 days. We know this due to squashed insects stuck to the floor from day one. 2. Wardrobe door hinges were hanging off (wife cut back of hand) - hinges were repaired. 3. Shower rail was dysfunctional - this was repaired promptly. 4. Basin tap dysfunctional - not repaired. 5. Shower uncontrollable - clearly the temp setting did not work Hot & Cold. 6. No English TV channels only CNN (American news). 7. Same bedding for all the stay - they would not change it. 8. We were lead to believe that coffee and toiletries were replenished daily when we had to purchase them ourselves. 9. Very cold at night - room stat did not work.

  : They didnt refill the coffee, tea, water and the showergel was empty. The breakfast was good but there is noting glutenfree options.
