  : Good activities for children.
  : Facilities poor. Bed uncomfortable. AC unit leaking. Couldn't get an iron delivered to my room, had to pay extortionate amount for ironing service. Had to pay 2 per day to use the safe in my room. Range of available drinks with all-inclusive poor. Received no water or basic amenities on arrival in the room. Food was very repetitive. Paper cups in room instead of mugs and these leaked despite being made for hot drinks. These paper cups were not replenished when used, neither were the glass cups that were in the bathroom.

  : Worst stay. We dint like. Very old hotel everything was old
  : We didnt like everithing.Poor activities for kids. Only one pool was warm and it was very small and was full of drunk people.:( First time in my experience hotel doesn't offer water in the room! Food was the same every day nothing special.In the bathroom the ceiling was leaking !and one more thing if you wanna change your towel for clean one you have to pay extra 1 for each

  : The staff are great, check in was lovely. Grounds are nice.
  : The shower is dangerous. Searing hot water to freezing cold. Impossible to adjust. Just awful. The buffet is adequate but so many dishes are icy cold. Cooked carrots, Brussel sprouts all cold.

  : The location is nice and the room is clean, some of the team are also nice.
  : Don't get all inclusive option, food is horrible, the team is generally rude. They are expecting you to wear a scratchy plastic bracelet all your stay, if you take it off they will start accusing you for stealing the disgusting food. They can simply put the access on your card!To borrow a towel you need to deposit 5 cash! No cards! Not sure which century we are in.Old building, old rooms, the beds are on wheels and moving all night, not good for couples, very noisy from kids activities outside the room. We complained and no one listened to us, we send a message on Booking, no one replied, the manager is on holidays.It is a shame because we were looking forward to our stay, but every day felt like a battle for insignificant things. If you are actually all inclusive and paying a lot for it, then be all inclusive.

  : It GREAT location, about 150 yards from The Dunes! Loved the atmosphere, staff and near many restaurants! Hotel restaurant was very clean, food was delicious, lots to choose from in different options every night.
  : The room needed some upgrading (worn out doors. Pools were still cold and snack bar could have a little more variety.

  : The food was great, I am not a fan of buffets but have to say its one of the best buffets in a hotel I have had, the entertainment team work so hard and it shows, very good, fantastic for kids, although we didn't have kids with us we appreciated hiw good this hotel is for families and will return with my gran kids, location is fantastic too, pool bar serving drinks all day and night with different food areas for snacks, you are never hungry or thirsty in this hotel
  : The shower was rubbish, no pressure and goes hot and cold every 30 seconds, the toilet flush is tricky to use, we get that thus hotel is a save the plant kind of hotel but a shower is one of the important things in your room, second to a comfy bed which it was.Some of the room locations are a bit of a trek away from the bars and restaurants, we were in room 458 which is quite a distance away, it involved walking down 3 corridors with 2 sets of stairs, not ideal with a load of cases, and that was just to get to the lift to take youbto floor 4, and yep 458 is right at the end of the corridor so a mission to get anywhere, so ask for rooms nearer the restaurant if you can get one
