  : The app was very good which let you know everything you needed to know about food, entertainment and activities.The activities were very good for children and the pool party was fun.The staff were friendly and helpful.The beds were comfortable.
  : The food was terrible.The villa was only superficially cleaned. The towels and bedding were not changed for the whole week and look shabby. The private pool and outdoor areas were dirty.It was very noisy.A taxi was needed to go anywhere as there is nothing in the local area.

  : The pool in the apartment was awesome the size of the apartment was good and the extra touch of birthday cava was a nice .
  : The food setup was plagued with flies ,we didnt like the food and felt like the restaurant wasnt up to the standard of the apartment, it felt like it was missing a restaurant, there was work going on next to reception where we first thought it was a dining area but we dont know if it was as it wasnt open . We stayed for a birthday /anniversary and it was a themed evening meal ( Mexican) mostly usual self service food but with the word Mexican written in front like Mexican fish that looked like the fish served earlier with chilli powder sprinkled on . One thing to say is although the property was awesome with the pool we felt that it could be dangerous for young families, the childrens room is top floor next to the outside door with steep stone steps to the downstairs adults room , pool is 1.4 mtrs deep in its entirety,

  : Nothing clunting thst this is 4 star hotel.
  : Booking provided wrong information about our reservation. We were immediately asked to pay more on arrival. 220 Euro additional costs or 560 Euro for cancellation. Booking.com premium for reservation was around 25%, 500 Euro, but no service provided at all. In 2.5 days booking replied to our detailed what can they do. Well, providing the service and solving trouble with the reservation is not for booking, only take 25% commission and dissappear. Will avoid such costly zero-service provider.

  : Lovely room with own private small plunge pool. Great to cool off after being in the sun too long. Pool bar and restaurant really good value, nice to sit out overlooking the main pool. Even though we were on b&b we were still able to purchase the all inclusive snacks during the day for a small fee which was handy on the first day getting to the hotel late afternoon. Location not too far to Las Americas, 10 minute taxi ride.
  : The only grumble would be the room didnt have any tea/coffee/sugar etc but had a kettle and coffee machine. There is a small mini market on site but its not very cheap and then you have to throw away the excess rather than just having some sachets in the room for a morning coffee as you get up. With it being a 4 star hotel it should be in the rooms. Even 2 and 3 star hotels off tea/coffee. Other than that nothing, was a perfect hotel.

  : The extra bed we asked for was very unconfortable. On the site it memtion a sofa convertible bed but it wasn't.

  : Good breakfast. The resort is splendid. The receptionists are really helpful and always at service. The room facilities and toys for children are amazing.
  : Location is quite far from the centre. You need to get a taxi or walk quite a bit if you want to go to the beach or to anywhere outside the resort.
