  : The level of catering is not up to the standards of a 4-star hotel. The variety of the food was acceptable but the quality was not. The kitchen also appeared to be understaffed.

  : In general, it was a very good stay at this hotel and it allowed us to enjoy Tenerife to the fullest! + Great location right next to a nice beach (Troya beach) + We loved the food and the restaurant in the hotel + Our room was well-cleaned every day + Rooms are quite spacious
  : There were two negative things we encountered, which may be useful for you (if you are looking to book a room here) to take into account: - Noise (yet, it may not be as bad as written in some other reviews). The hotel is indeed located in quite a noisy area, but definitely not the noisiest in Las Americas, so this would apply to all hotels in the area. The main problem we encountered was the noise from the pool area. We were first given a room with a view on the pool area, and there loud music right below the windows plays all day and entertainment events with especially loud music take place until 23:00-00:00. Since for some days we needed to wake up (and thus go to sleep) early, it was a problem for us. The hotel offered us to change the room for the one on the other (parking) side. The problem with the noise was thus solved - it was fine there. So, in case you believe such noise could not be comfortable to you, then I suggest trying to get a room on the parking side. But take into account that pool area side has much more sunshine, so each has its pros and cons :) - Quite unhelpful attitude from a staff member. The second room we received was very heavily smelling of tobacco, especially the curtains. When we asked for help on this issue, the staff member was rather arrogant, just saying that "probably someone smoked in there and we cannot do nothing about it", without any apology or practical solution offered. Only after our further pressure they agreed to send a cleaning lady to the room who changed the bed, confirmed the presence of smell, and applied some anti-smelling cleaner. We agreed that next day the curtains would be changed, so we took them off for the night. The problem was solved, but had the attitude been better, we could have done it easier, sooner and with less inconvenience.
