  : The bed was very confortable, the A/C was working well enough but the controls are not to be trusted. The breakfast/dinner buffet was satisfactory. The bar at the last floor, as well as the reservable sunloungers by the infinity pool on the roof were great. The spa on the last floor is also good value for money, considering the alternative is to have a massage on the beach.
  : The state of the maintenance of the facilities could be better. We had to switch rooms because of a leak in the ceiling. The new room had a cricket (really) somewhere in the A/C duct that made noise.

  : We stayed on lower ground as I requested ground floor it was ok but dark and and seemed to be the cheaper end of the hotel not what I expected for the money we paid. Unless you got up at 7am to get a bed by the pool you wouldnt get one we ended up going elsewhere as there wasnt enough . Also had to kill quite a few cockroaches didnt complain to the hotel cause what could they have done about them. If I was to return

  : kitchen perfect, the hotel is comfy and clean, prices of beverages - drinks Okay, garage is free of charge in the basement, always have free parking lot, air conditioner is working well
  : 7am : the sunbed explorers reserving the beds with towels in spite of they are away for half day. We didn't find free bed just after 3pm . It was no problem, we were on journeys all the mornings. 1day we were at pool in time, not just reserving the bed. Around 20 minutes we were away for a drink but we got a message by pool boy that there is no right to reserved the bed. It was surprise for us due to all the other bed was reserved by towel and nobody nowere, jus we got the message. Note for hotel management: make a rule for bed consequently !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  : The hotel was in a very good location near the Playa de las Vistas (beautiful diving) or Playa del Camison (nice for sunbathing) and also a great place near the shopping malls but also to the airport. The food was beyond amazing with more than plenty to choose from also the staff was very friendly and always helpful. The pool on the roof has beautiful views and the pool in the garden is the perfect addition with nice vibes with evening programs.
  : We were in room 435. The additional blankets in the wardrobe were not washed for a long time and they smelled funny. The door towards the balcony was not sealed properly so we could smell the cigarettes from the next apartment anytime the neighbouring guest was smoking. The walls were so thin we could hear snoring and other things like we were right next to them.

  : Great staff and lovely warm welcome, with chocolates and champagne for our anniversary in the Romance Room. Spacious room and comfortable bed. Nice view of the pool and spacious balcony. Powerful shower. Clean room. Nice, diverse breakfast options. Cool mood lighting and built in speakers in the room. Good quality tv with Netflix and Amazon prime video. Good selection of premium alcoholic drinks included in our exclusive package within the exclusive lounge. Housekeeping was daily and thorough. Didnt get round to ordering from the pillow menu but it was nice to have the option to choose a specific pillow.
  : Hot tub took about 40 minutes to fill. Hotel entertainment at the pool was very loud and impossible to sleep through, deposits our door being firmly closed (although this always finished by about 10:30PM). Sunbeds at the infinity pool have to be booked 24 hours in advance at about 8AM otherwise they run out. No parasols on the roof. Drinks were not included with dinner (not even soft drinks) and these had to be charged to the room. Not quite enough sun beds by the main pool so you have to be quick to get them. Quality of food at dinner wasnt great, although I am a fussy eater. Aircon in the room wasnt very strong so I was really hot while trying to get ready after my shower and had to use my own fan. Exclusive drinks lounge closes at 6PM so we couldnt use the drinks for dinner. You have to iron in a communal ironing room rather than in your own room. Elevators were quite small and dated, moved slowly. Men cant wear vests to dinner.

  : Room was lovely with a great size bed. Pool was good and quiet with plenty of sun loungers. Excursions can be booked through the helpful hotel staff
  : Food was mediocre and very repetitive. 10 days eating buffet from there got repetitive and we ended up skipping our last dinner
