  : The location of the property is perfect. Room was clean and staff were good.
  : The building is a bit dated and old fashioned. The pool is very small and the rooftop location makes its quite breezy. The hotel is a bit expensive for the facilities offered

  : Spotless clean, comfortable beds, good shower and a great location. Perfect accommodation for 2 brothers on a 3 day golf break.
  : We paid for 2 nights dinner bed and breakfast. The room was perfect for our needs but the food was very disappointing. We would return to the Zentral hotel on a room only basis if the rate was good. The "hot" breakfast and dinner was not hot, it was only warm. We did not eat any of this food. We had a cold breakfast on the first morning which included yogurt, muffin, fruit and coffee, this was fine but we prefer a full Irish/English hot breakfast before a game of Golf. We had to purchase all our meals in restaurants/cafs/pubs in the resort. All excellent.

  : The staff were very friendly, from cleaning staff to reception. I liked the roof top pool but it felt very underutilised as an area and sort of incongruent with the rest of the building. The room was very big and the bed was particularly comfortable- one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on in a hotel
  : The overall look of the hotel is quite drape. It's in need of a face lift. Dreary corridors that are dark. General decor is not 4 star. It may be 'retro' but it feels like it belongs to a bygone era and actually just looks like management can't be bothered to keep things up to date.The breakfast was pretty basic, coffee was awful. I found the breakfast staff to be a bit rude and not worthy of 4 star hotel.The towels were quite threadbare and despite being washed and fresh, still had stains on them including what looked like old dried in blood- towel was clearly washed but stained/discoloured and so should really not be in use. The WiFi is the worst hotel WiFi I have ever experienced! It would literally drop if you changed chair in the reception area. Not good enough in 2024. I know it is an island but the endless no of networks you had to keep connecting into for them to drop. Again, not a 4*It should be made clearer at check in and in the info card given with key how to open up the metal shutter on the window. It took me ages to find the buttons on the far side of the bed.So all in all, I didn't really feel it was value for money, or certainly not worth the cost of the stay.
