  : The property was in an amazing location - couldnt have asked for better! So central. It was also decorated pristinely, its clearly in very well kept condition. It was also massive! We stayed as a couple but it would also suit larger groups. The lock system was also handy as its great to not have to take keys out.
  : Two small things - it was freezing in the house! Had to stick the heaters on full and it did eventually warm up but be prepared if youre visiting in winter. The shower was also fairly cool - again, wouldnt be a problem if it wasnt December! Also, again this was only an issue as uncharacteristically we went to bed early - theres a Yates pub behind the property so the music is very loud up until about 1am. Again, not an issue if youre out enjoying the city! We also were refused a late checkout on booking but when we arrived, the welcome pack said that it would always be approved if requested in advance - again wasnt an issue but a little inconsistency!

  : fabulous location, very central and handy for sightseeing. close to supermarkets too.
  : very small, in the smaller bedroom you couldnt walk around the bed; living area tiny, far too small for 4 adults and not enough soft seating. heating didnt work properly and couldnt open the windows to let any air in

  : Very comfy beds. Location was very central. Likes the access code so no keys required.
  : Couldn't open windows for fresh air. Hot water in kitchen & bathroom could've been hotter. Lounge area / bedroom definitely looked bigger on pictures. Quite small but didn't affect stay.. Stairs " issue carrying cases upstairs.

  : Far too noisy. Kept awake until after midnight by pub even with double glazing. . Difficult access - up tricky stairs.

  : with 4 of us, could have done with more relaxed seating and bigger tv. Temperature was only 5 degrees when we arrived so very cold for some time.

  : Great location, comfy beds, plenty of space in the flat to chill out, overall v good and clean. I was worried about the door code entering system but it turned out to be very easy to understand.
  : There was no shower gel for the shower. Also the handtowel in the bathroom had holes in

  : Noisy after 12 at the back where the bedrooms are which backs on to Yates bar .Sewage smell from bathroom and kitchen sink Dish washer dirty Freezer part of fridge fully frozen, so couldnt use it to put ice in No wardrobes In either bedroom just a rail in one bedroom no good for family of 4 Only 1 chest of drawers in 1 bedroom No where to put anything anywhere Used tea bag found on hallway floor when arrived and bag of dirty laundry outside door from previous people waiting to be collected when arrived Needs a good clean and decorating as there was mould on the ceiling in 1 bedroom Wouldn't go back looks imaculate on photos and a lot bigger than it is

  : One night the power didnt work, and we couldnt use heaters and hot water. In addition, the staff used their password to come in our room directly, we felt uncomfortable with that.

  : The location of the Turpin Quarter was fantastic , it was right in the city centre. 5 min walk from the Shambles and Cathedral. Everything on your doorstep. The apartment was tidy and clean.
  : The noise at the back of the apartments wasn't very good. Wednesday night is students night and it was very noisy at the bar at the back of the property. And one morning they was taking the empty barrels out and replacing them about 5.30 am.
