  : The facilities were good, and the place was very clean
  : The location, and the stairs. We had a lot to carry to our apartment, and it was very exhausting. And the worst part were the too many confusing emails and messages from the apartment owners. The emails and messages were so many that we got disheartened and confused, as to whether we were in the wrong place all together, and we couldnt even relax to enjoy our short stay. We found ourselves having to read emails and messages almost every hour, and we only had a day to stay there. A very stressful experience indeed.

  : The apartments were very roomy and furnished to a very high standard so for this reason I would have booked again. However the quality was outweighed by the location.
  : It would be helpful to know exactly which car park to park in as we walked too far trying to find the place with our luggage. The next day we found we could have parked with only a 5 minute walk had we known. Difficult venue to find. Woken at 5am by a Saturday market in the precinct being erected. Banging as poles erected and vans driven up and down as well as construction workers shouting to each other. The venue is all stairs including to get into the main door. The entire process is dependent upon entry by your phone, codes etc so if you lose your phone or have no signal or battery it would be impossible to get in. We found the main entry gate open on arrival but when we returned at night the door was shut and we struggled to open it as it did not respond to the entry code. The accommodation is of a high quality but the experience is very impersonal. Receiving constant messages about how to get in and what to do when you leave including removing your own rubbish does not warrant the cost of the accommodation. Sorry for this review but I think people should know what to expect not find out after booking. Worse nights sleep ever due to the high street precinct location and stress of such an impersonal service.

  : Apartment was very comfortable and clean - would stay again. Property accessed from the commercial vehicles yard at the back of the shops which was fine. Gate had been left open and access code for door at the top of the stairs did not initially work but I phoned the emergency number who sent me an app which worked perfectly after that. Quiet and peaceful - a good place to stay.

  : Ample space within the property, comfortable couch and bed. TV was a good size and bathroom very nice. Didnt use the kitchen but all amenities that you would need.
  : To find the black gate you need to enter the service yard behind Eggham on Toast. This should of been specified on the email. Couple of minor maintenance issues such as the bedroom curtain rail was loose one end and the laminate worktop bubbling on the joint. None of this however affected my stay and I would stay there again

  : The apartment was spacious and clean. Very large living room and nice sized bedroom with king bed. Very good! The cleaning lady Bintu is also very nice.
  : There was officially a 45 check in early charge which is half the cost of the booking and is quite unsavoury. Instructions to get into the property were also fairly complicated and could probably be simplified!

  : I booked for a late check out (albeit late in the evening, because we was enjoying our stay) & the cleaner came walked in when we were in bed. Although I put the lower bolt on the door. Apart from that we had a lovely stay there. And want to rebook it.
