  : Location was great and staff where helpful.
  : The fan from the heater/cooler in my room clicked on and made a horrendous noise every 5 minutes which made it difficult to get to sleep.

  : Breakfast good. Quiet room. Windows that open.
  : Service for meals, 2 hours to get food. And then it wasn’t as advertised, mainly a plate of inedible chips with lettuce! Staff in restaurant worked hard though, just couldn’t cope with the orders in the kitchen.

  : We liked the pool very clean and shower/bath was nice breakfast tasted good so did most of dinner but unfortunately it was spoiled by the wait times for some ordered items at dinner and some not arriving .At swimming we liked the swimming costume dryer.
  : -Dirty stained walls in room-Poor WiFi on the second floor therefore no smart apps working on the TV and devices kept lagging-Could not cast to TV due to WiFi-Bed gave us back ache -Room service we had to wait 30 minutes for a glass of wine we kept getting told it would be 1 minute by the time it arrived we were leaving for dinner-Very slow service at dinner we attempted to order the glass of wine when there bit it never arrived again-At dinner no 1 waiter/waitress serving particular tables chasing chaos-Duck egg in starter was very watery -At breakfast no glasses or cereal bowls -Not very clean at breakfast several tables had stacks of dirty dishware-Pool was busy-Only 1 changing toom in the girl's changing area-Pool was a bit small for the amount of people admitted -Pool was all one depth

  : Location is good. Reception was good. Room lovely and clean. Good size and nice decor. Bathroom lovely. Swimming pool and changing rooms very good
  : I had breakfast on 12th. Coffee machine was not working. Restaurant staff were awful. Not helpful.

  : The room was a good size, staff were extremely accommodating. The location was perfect for us and the main area was clean and in good order.
  : I found that we could hear noise coming from a neighboring room. The hallway to our room was very shabby, with paintwork and carpets needing a clean and update.

  : Good facilities like spa and gym.
  : The bathroom was so small you couldn’t sit on the toilet without removing the toilet roll! There were lots of dirty plates and glasses in the corridors that were left there for hours. They tried to charge us for someone else’s bar bill on check out, they’d let someone else use our room number for their order. It was really expensive for a very small room and very poor service this time which is a shame as we’ve been to this hotel a few times and it’s been okay but we wouldn’t go back after this.
