  : Nothing - worst I've ever stayed.
  : Shower not working, no hot water, no tea/coffee facilities in the room despite being advertised as included, mouldy on the wall by the TV socket and also in the shower cubicle no towels provided, the bed was an old divan and old stained mattress with old mouldy quilts and pillows stuffed under the mattress - I could feel the wood frame through the old mattress. Worst night ever... I had a very uncomfortable night and woke with aches and pains in my back. Listed with restaurant facilities - non-existent. Had to find alternative venue for dining and a drink ( premises closed the bar at 8.30pm)

  : Jesus Christ. Had to stay here for work and dont know how I made it through the night. The only thing that was clean were the bedsheets.The man I first was greeted with was asking me how much I paid for the room to check hed been paid the right amount by booking.com just SO unprofessional.After waiting round in reception I was then given a nice room. The man who checked me in was sound enough but when he was showing me how to enter the PIN code for the door he was shouting out each number as he was typing it in. I had to ask him to stop reading it aloud twice so others couldnt hear it as there was somebody in room 1.The room had a double bed with a dirty chair, tv with a broken remote and table that looked like it hadnt been wiped down in years. The bin in my room still had someone elses rubbish in, there were flip flops under the bed covered in a thick layer of dust and there was no milk for tea or coffee.There are no towels provided either, luckily I had my own with me.The bathroom is filthy and covered with mold inside the shower. Found some cleaning products under the sink and scrubbed the bathroom with bleach myself just to use it and then used the dettol spray to clean the room I was given just so I could sleep in it. I didnt take photos because I was too busy cleaning but wish I did to show you the state that this place is in.Im not fussy and dont expect much as far as putting my head down for work but this was honestly horrendous because of how filthy the whole place is. Wont be staying here again.

  : I rely on reviews whenever I travel and I write reviews to be helpful to others. I booked this hotel for my cousins. I only have a few words for this review; DON'T USE THIS poor excuse for a hotel! It was so terrible that they checked out immediately even though the hotel was prepaid and of course no refund.
  : First of all pay attention to this being nonrefundable. Also know that there is no 24 hour front desk and no one to call for help with anything. When you call you get people who are at some head office and not the hotel. They could not even contact anyone at the hotel. The bathroom was dirty. ( The item found in the bathroom was too disgusting to even take a picture and post.) The place smelled smokey as it has a pub. The people hanging about the hotel because of the pub made it feel unsafe. They have the audacity to continue to send reminders to review the hotel via a standard message. Knowing the written complaint, they should not even want a review! Every message sent to them was answered with the same automatic message. Booking.com should inspect some of these hotels and ban them from being listed on their site.

  : It was very cheap and close enough to walk to terminal 4 Heathrow Airport.
  : The whole place looks like it's been shut down for years. There is no reception area, I arrived arround 9pm and had to wander arround trying to figure out how to check in. At the rear of the buildings found a door marked private had to knock several times before a chap answered and he showed me to my room. The whole place is dirty and my room smelled of vomit. The bed sheets were dirty and there wasn't any heating in my room. The mattress was very worn out and I decided to sleep fully clothed. There was a working TV in the room and a kettle

  : Having to push my way through smokers standing at the pub entrance. Generally tatty state of room. The mattress was pretty poor as well. One of the sockets didn't appear to work.
