  : Brilliant experience, staff very welcoming and helpful, fantastic location to visit touristic hot spots, but on a quiet street. Cca 15-20 mins walk to Portobello market, Paddington station and Kensington gardens and palace. Minutes from underground station.Room was very clean and comfortable, the terrace garden at the back was a little gem. Breakfast was lovely, again all staff very friendly and helpful.Overall brilliant stay, thank you
  : The only thing to improve would be to have drinks and snacks for sale throughout the day and evening, however just couple of minutes walk there are M&S food or Amazon fresh mini supermarkets so one can get everything there.

  : Close to Notting Hill Gate tube station and in a quiet neighbourhood. Staff were friendly and helpful. Happy to be coming back here in a few days.
  : Occasional noise from tube trains, but only every 10 minutes or so. Therefore not very intrusive and did not stop me getting to sleep.

  : Location is great, close to Hyde Park and that was the point of my stay. The neighborhood is quiet, just a short walk from restaurants/bars and grocery stores.Staff was very welcoming.
  : Bit worn off, could use some upgrades and deeper cleaning but overall it’s ok for London standards at this price range.

  : Great communication from the hotel, I had a late check in and they gave me self service instructions to check myself in. The room was clean and cosy with everything I needed. Breakfast was well laid out with multiple options to choose from.

  : This place is not the Ritz but was well positioned for our stay at a reasonable cost for a hotel in London The breakfast was quite adequate but if you’re expecting a cooked breakfast it won’t be here We were in one of the rooms on the upper floors and could still hear the underground although not loudly The basement rooms must find this very off putting The bathroom could do with a bit of an update but all areas were clean and tidy all carpets in the room and the stairs were all well cleaned
  : No bath mat available for standing in the bath for shower Rooms were quite hot even with the window open which could be uncomfortable in a heat wave Really wide bed it’s a shame the duvet was for a bed that was much narrower

  : Location is excellent, breakfast very good and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We even got complimentary coffee while waiting for our time to leave. Great to be able to store the luggage before checking in and after check out
  : The bed was a bit small for two, I would guess a 140 cm, the bathroom was renovated but the shower has neither a shelf nor an anti slip mat
