  : Staff were very friendly
  : One room ready at 3.00 the other not. Seems like housekeeping needs more resources. Rooms are not cleaned like in covid so why check in remain so late, as before covid room checkin was earlier. Due to a restaurant booking we needed to get ready so 4 adults had to get ready in one room, not idea at all when away with friends. At 6.00 am in the morning fire alarms went off. No one’s fault fully accept alarms can go off, good it turned out to be a false alarm, again acceptable but the continuous alarm went on for 1hr so everyone up and not very much organisation in the foyer. Therefore the room not being ready meant we paid for the room to be used for 4hrs as we didn’t return until after midnight. Then due to the whole hotel being up meant breakfast was very busy, again understand and of course staffing levels hadn’t predicted this, but the hot food was continually empty, by the time something was eventually filled other things had run out had to keep asking, juices jars empty, no pots to put jam in, problems with toaster, in all breakfast was a poor experience, we gave up on hot food so not having full advantage of breakfast and the limited time in the room meant a rather expensive night accommodation. Can’t fault the any of the staff in the hotel.

  : I like the room size and comfort, the breakfast was good but the fried eggs not nice.
  : Lower floor and when arrive they were fixing a pipe there was oddor in all the floor and very slow check in, not enough staff.

  : Good location would have liked to be able to check in a little earlier as I requested but understand its not always possible, breakfast good but a little slow in replenishing the scrambled eggs
  : The air conditioning was too high and very noisy we looked for a way to turn it down but couldn’t find it so tried to ring reception but the phone in room was dead

  : The location of the hotel was okay and the room was good as well. Breakfast was very good and the staff was very nice.
  : We took 2 rooms to accommodate our family of 4 but the rooms were a good distance away from each other.
