  : The location is perfect, hover port & bus depot 5mins walk away but quiet enough to sleep well.

  : Lovely location and I had a great view of Ryde Pier and the Solent.
  : The place is very dated, but fairly clean, the shower was very touch and go with regards to water pressure and temperature. Also very cramped. The side of the shower was coming away from the frame. On the Friday and Saturday night of a very hot weekend a large group of youngsters seem to gather on the Promenade opposite, playing music and generally being very noisy until 2am making it impossible to sleep. Closed window but then room was far too hot, no aircon. These disturbances are not the owners fault obviously, but it is something to be aware of.

  : Poor cleaning facilities in need of TLC ,Safety issues Iron cord needs replacement PAT testing non evident anywhere. Amateur evidence of DIY everywhere this needs a serious refit. Fire door on landing held open by cord despite sign. Shame as it could be a little gem. Breakfast smelt lovely although I couldnt have any as I have a special dietary needs ( not guest house fault)

  : Fantastic location. Nice room. I had a couple of small problems and reported them to management. They responded very quickly.
  : The bathroom was very hot, but this was due to the location of the boiler. Even the cold tap ran warm water. This also made the bedroom a bit too warm, but otherwise, it was fine.

  : excellent staff from the start of my two-week stay until the end, very good location for everything, easy front door access and keys given promptly upon arrival.
  : I have no comment on what I did not like, as this question does not apply to my stay as I am happy for the service I got.
