  : Lovely rooms, both with sea views and in excellent condition.Friendly staff.Good location right opposite the beach and walking distance into Ryde.
  : Would have loved more vegan options for food - yoghurt and cereals and more fruit for breakfast would have been great. Lunch only had one option which was battered banana, which although tasty, I would have much preferred some healthier options.Do expect some noise from the pub downstairs as very noisy through the ceiling until 10.30pm - to be expected when staying at a pub, but noting for those planning an early night, you may not get to sleep straight away!

  : The Boathouse is in a great location and has amazing views from the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfasts were great. My 10 year old son is a bit fussy and the waitress and kitchen staff were really kind and accommodated him. The bathroom was big and my son loved the jacuzzi bath.
  : Our room was very small and felt a bit jaded and in need of a lick of paint and new carpet. It didn't feel to me as though it had had a good clean and there were no towels in the bathroom so we had to ask twice for these to be provided. It was a shame not to be able to make use of the lovely view (we just looked over the car park). We saw room 404 opposite and that was big bright and airy and had a wonderful view. We will know for next time.

  : Excellent food. Great location. Very friendly staff. Good size room plus huge bathroom with whirlpool bath and seperate shower. . Large car park. On the beach so easy to walk along costs path.

  : The beds could do with an upgrade- felt like you were sleeping on a boat deck at times and beds are too short.

  : Wonderful location. Very helpful and friendly staff.
  : A lack of training with the restaurant staff was very obvious. Long waits for service and delays with the food delivery. Not all items on the menu were available. Croissants not available for breakfast on Sunday or Monday which we understand is usual as they don't get a delivery until Monday ! The presence of a Manager to oversee the restaurant and service would have possibly avoided some of the issues.
