  : Fantastic location, directly on the high street, parking space round the corner, very comfortable house with a living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom in the ground floor. Double bedroom, king size bedroom with en suite on first floor. Double bed and single bed on second floor. Lovely clean bedding and big white fluffy towels. Lots to see and do in West Cowes and further afield on IOW.
  : There was no welcome folder or instructions in the house for using the central heating. We found the boiler installation booklet and muddled through as it was painfully cold on our second day. En suite shower quite small, so wont suit everyone, however the downstairs bath and shower is very spacious in comparison. There were no laundry bags or spare bin bags to use as promised in the literature. Quite noisy from the taxi rank and passing traffic outside.

  : The location is fantastic, just off the high street and near to the shops, as well as the yacht clubs. We would definitely book this house again.
  : The television was not working but the owner sent someone around to resolve the problem. We were very pleased with the quick response. All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay.

  : Location and facilities excellent with everything you need provided. Would have helped to be told what you get from tea towels to washing up liquid and dishwasher tablets etc, took our own just in case but we had everything we needed. Love the little welcome hamper too with a huge selection of Tea's, and enjoyed the biscuits.
  : Needs a little bit of maintenance. Toilet seat fittings were broken so slid off, lightbulbs missing, so just needs a little TLC, but it didn't affect our stay. It is noisy outside in the mornings, so if you need a long lie in not the best location, but if you like easy access to the shops and all locations, it's perfect.

  : The location was excellent - very central to everywhere. There were good facilities in the kitchen and the general living and dining area was great.
  : The bathroom layout meant that if you are staying in the top bedroom, you have to either share the first floor en-suite or go to the ground floor to use the bathroom. For this reason only, I would not stay here again, but other than that, the house is lovely for a short stay.

  : Kitchen was well equipment Central for Cowes and amenities,
  : outside bedroom window is a taxi rank, not fully made aware of that and it was a problem for the weekends. The bus stop and marks and spencers is outside window, we should have checked this, but not too bad.

  : It was central, good location, easy to get to restaurants and shops.
  : It was on a bus route so a bit noisy, with drunk groups waiting for the bus at night. Also had a lot of people walk past so dog was uneasy. But apart from that it was great.
